1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kg9 ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any section of the kg9 website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

kg9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must cease using kg9 immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use kg9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kg9 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This is non-negotiable and enforced through identity verification at the platform's discretion.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creating accounts for others or allowing others to operate your account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the platform.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler, be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion agreement, or be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or court order.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on kg9. Duplicate accounts, multiple registrations using the same identity, or attempts to circumvent account restrictions are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kg9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time. This may include submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification documents.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time may be suspended or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.
• kg9 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data. However, you are responsible for ensuring your own device and network security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kg9 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and cards. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally processed within 24 hours; card withdrawals may take longer.
• kg9 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request above designated thresholds.

Deposits made in error or through fraudulent means will be reversed. kg9 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kg9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing account holders are not eligible to claim welcome bonuses again under any circumstances.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.

• Use of bots, automated software, exploits, glitches, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing schemes, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kg9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of kg9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any kg9 content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the kg9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, copy, or exploit any part of the platform's content or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

kg9 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall kg9, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. kg9 is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

• You agree that any claim or dispute arising from your use of kg9 must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, after which time the claim is permanently barred.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and kg9 with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties relating to the same subject matter.
